The NTC is a voluntary organisation based in the South of England that aims to help young people (from ages seven to eighteen) to develop their potential through nautical based training. Another great tune there from Weird Al Yankovich (in case you were wondering). My favourite tune from his new album is his Polka - you can listen out for that on the Chris Moyles Show, 7 - 10, only, on International BBC Radio 1.
Of course this album's name isn't as good as Al's last album: Poodle Hat!
